I am pregnant with my third child. I am finding it a lot harder to
get out and excercise because pushing a 4 year old and a 2 year
old in a stroller while pregnant isn;t that easy. I lost the weight with
my other two but I am worried this weight will never go if it really is true that it gets harder. Anyone have experiances?

It is harder because you will have gained more weight and need to lose more weight. Breastfeeding will help you lose more weight quicker, it helped me.

I have an 4 year old and 2 year old twins all boys and i have found it to be really hard to lose weight. I have tried everything and still have had no luck. I thought chasing my kids around the house would do it but no luck. But it depends on your weight before and if your active maybe you will be able to keep it off.

Depends on your age for one thing. The other is how determined you are to lose the weight. I have 3 kids and I (with exercise and the Atkins diet) lost my weight from my daughter. Your metabolism decreases as you age so it is harder to lose the weight but not impossible. It also depends on how you had the children C section or "normal" C section leaves alot of car tissue depending on how it is performed

I have 3 kids ages 3, 5 & 7.
I hav since lost all the weight..
but after my second child I gained like a pant size
after my 3rd child I lost it all after i had him...it was weird but hey I shouldnt complain...and I was put on bedrest wtih him! So it just depends...everyone will be different!
