Simply go to Add Remove Program under your Control Panel. Uninstall IE 7.0 and your IE version will rollback to its version 6.0 state.

You should understand that IE 7.0 is still under beta testing. Next time before trying a new software by yourself, read reviews and comments posted by those who tried the application. Sometimes, some junk files or registry entries are left behind by uninstalled softwares, which may affect behavior or perfoemance of your PC. Be careful next time, and put into mind that not all updates are good for your system.
