Well you know, I'm gonna answer this like I did the last guy that brought this subject up, why stop at wire tapping, why not require all Americans to be under survelience 24/7 so the government can control everything we do think speak or feel, or better yet, why not just give everyone a lobotomy and replace their brains with computer chips so as the conservatives can feel safe, Revelations people, Revelations!!!

Bush is trying to gut the 4th Amendment, and even under the DOMESTIC SPY BILL it precludes you from arguing its constitutionality before the Supreme Court! Your only recourse is through the FISA court that gave permission in the 1st place!
We are starting to get treated the same as all the other DETAINEES!!!

You are able to and you are not automatically listened in on. Unless you are making a serious threat against the president, then again if your not on the F.B.I. 100 most wanted list say whatever the heck you want, nobody cares except the paranoid person using the phone.

You should be able to but you are not under the current administration. They want everyone to fear saying anything or doing anything that they dont like. Even yahoo answers is tapped for certain words and questions such as this one.

They should be monitoring the calls to Afghanastan or anywhere else outside the country.
P.S.Most of these guys aren't conservatives. They are band-wagon people who don't understand conservatism farther than what FOX tells them about it.
