I'm a HR Manager so hopefully I can help you. You need to wear what is appropriate for the job, i.e. if it is corporate then yes you should wear a suit. I believe you should over dress for an interview, first impressions are so important. I have cut an interview short because of the persons appearance. They should ask you questions about whether you know what you want to do with your career, what are your goals and ambitions.
