The irrational ravings of nicolasrrage seem to have been like a fire in a fireworks factory, setting off psychotic political ranting from every possible direction.
This is probably the same moron that calls himself John Skerry. At least he has the same style.
He stands as an inspiration and a monument to all that is mindless and violent about belief and opinion. Calm down, people. Do you really want to be like him? Do you really want to give him that satisfaction?
Relax. The world is at a dangerous precipice right now. Intelligent calm minds are needed. Laugh at him, that will be enough to satisfy his need for attention and eventually he'll run out of fuel.
It's our responsibility to be clear minded at a time like this. There is so much that needs to be done to make the world a little more sane. Relax.

Like we sound as stupid as you *****!ng about the rights you have listed.
1. yelling "fire" will cause a mob scene, which endangers the well being of the others in the theater. That is a violation of THEIR civil rights (bone head).
2. Offering a reward to kill someone is called "murder for hire" which is against the law (bone head)
3. Naked at an elementary school? That is poor taste, indecient exposure (illegal) and exposing your self to a minor (sex crime - gets you on the "naughty list" - you have to register for the rest of your life as a child predator)
4. Since when are you not allowed to tell someone you are going to kill them? I say it all the time (ask my husband). Man, you know some pretty sensitive people.
5. False imprisonment, kidnapping, rape. . . Prison for life. . . Prison *****. . .
And we are stupid for complaining about wire tapping? You may want to read your "rights" again. . .

naked ness should be legal so long as its not too cold out, ha
you are indeed aloud to tell someone you are going to kil them, and even offer a reward, its the actions of killing and rewarding that are really what they are worried about.
yelling fire in a theater can be a form of murder(if someone dies in the panic), yelling water in a theater however is totally protected by the constitution no matter how dumb it is ha.
""i am not allowed to kidnap and keep someone in my PRIVATE basement as my love slave."" am i just missing the right your going at here. you do not have the con. right to rape pillage or kill sorry mate
in all your other questions i just answered yes or no like you asked this one didnt seem to have the rule, so i dont think the last line of text is ment for me ha.
but i do beleave you question(yup this one) is protected by the very rules and laws the wire tapping weakens. think about that for a bit.

I don't have the constitutional right to yell fire in a crowded theater.-
Because it causes clear and present danger to those around you.
I don't have the constitutional right to offer a reward to kill someone I don't like.- Because it infringes on the right to live.
I am not allowed to run around naked at a elementary school.- Because it is an obscene and vulgar act.
I am not allowed to tell someone I am going to kill them.- Again it infringes on a person's right to live.
i am not allowed to kidnap and keep someone in my PRIVATE basement as my love slave.- Because...I don't know, but you are really ****** up for asking.

My truthfully answer on your question will in easy terms about come for the period of as a praise to the ANP even with the glaring undeniable reality that it is not meant to be so. The repugs vote in lockstep, in easy terms about continually, and performance been astonishingly reliable to this criminally corrupt administration. it quite is surely nazi-like in a lot of respects and there are truly some historic parallels. the clarification I suggested the faster portion of my answer above would nicely be perceived as a praise is in contrasting the ANP operation with that of the Democrats. even as Clinton grew to change into president, the Dems -- even even as on authentic of issues of the domicile and/or Senate -- automatically were given interior the way of passing his measures, typically blockading off votes and in any diverse case adversely affecting coverage judgements. The repugs, on the diverse hand, have given bush each and every little ingredient he's requested for. it truly is truly why our structure has been trampled upon and our rights have steadily been eroded away. Partisanship is continually vile yet, that pronounced, I do favor the Dems take a leaf from the ANP practise guide each and every time they're next in ability and a minimum of attempt to paintings at the same time and stay a united the front. As for the Framers... Please at the prompt are not getting me began. I quite do not imagine that they had even understand this constitutionally supported representative republic they so heavily crafted. I ask your self on party how a lot it has replaced in my truly short lifetime, to declare no longer something of those previous six unfavourable years less than hitler, er, bush.

These guys are IDIOTS--if liberals had their way we'd be able to do WHATEVER the heck we wanted, and we'd end up an African nation where whoever has the biggest gun rules the tribe. Great! you want no rules; move to Africa, call all the terrorists you want WITHOUT a wire tap, yell fire in all the movie theatres they have down there.
Come on you idiotic people. Use common sense. You have to take some "freedoms" away so everyone has the right to the important ones.

It's not the wiretapping...it's the doing it illegally part we don't like.
Why are we suddenly not a nation of laws anymore. Wiretapping can be done, legally, confidentially, the whole nine yards.
There's a reason why they don't want to it legally. I'm curious why that is...

none of those things give unregulated power to the government... wire tapping without a warrant does...
I can see the harm in that... as history illustrates many times... yet apparently you can not... yet we are "morons"... interesting...
