I manage a ranch resort and in the weekends we hold company picnics and sometimes we cant find lifegaurds for our pools and lake. Is there a site where I can fine some that live around the fresno, Visalia area of California?

Wow, I live 40 minutes away. I know some people that might be interested. They are lifeguards at the YMCA of Kings County. The pool was closed for the season, so they aren't working right now. Try calling there. I don't think Fresno YMCA has a pool, but you could try there too.

a) advertise in the classifieds
b) try craigslist (list it under gigs)
c) call the local city pool and speak with the manager about hanging a post about it, that's what my pool did, so people could pick up extra work on their days off
d) contact the local lifeguard instructors and let them know, they can pass it on to new lifeguards

Contact your local Y.M.C.A. they usually have lifeguards.
