I am 36a and happily married, and have a 7 month old son. my husband and I are usually very careful with sex, because I have blood pressure problems and also an on anti-depressants...which I went off of most to get pregnant the first time. However, last night was had unprotected sex, I am on the 4th day of my period, they last about five or six days, with very light bleeding on days 5-6. Is there a possiblity that I could be pregnant? And what exactly should I do if so...since I am on medications....what test can I take early and how early to find out?

nope, you won't get pregnant.
Since you take antidepressants, you cannot take birth control pills because of drug interactions. If you are happily married, there is no reason to screw around with condoms - they are better for preventing STI's than for preventing pregnancy (for just the reason you mentioned).
Get an appointment with your OBGYN to discuss other options. One option might be Mirena. It is an IUD that has a lot of the good points of OC's. If you say that your period is 5-6 days long, then you will like Mirena because like birth control pills it can reduce the days/amount of your period. For some women, the period goes away altogether.
IUD's got a bad rap in the US 10-20 years ago with the Dalkon Shield product recall. However, there have been great advances in recent years, and most of Europe uses IUD's when they reach your age. Birth control pills you have to remember, and condoms you have to be focused (and not focused on your partner, which is tough ;-) Too many women in the US get sterilized, which is a major procedure requiring anaesthesia (which has its own risks).
I do not know how much Mirena costs in the US, but from what I hear you can use for 5 years at a time. Imagine how much $ you could save by reducing the maxipad use for 5 years! P&G would go bankrupt.
If you want to have more kids, just get it removed by the OBGYN and then you are ready the next month.
Anyway, I would suggest you go to the OBGYN and ask him/her all these questions. Since you will have to fill out a medical history, the OBGYN can then counsel you on the best option for you. For me, condoms are not the best choice.
You also might try www.teenwire.com. This is the planned parenthood website and it has a lot of Q&A there that you at least kknow is answered by professionals.
Hope this helps.

Your chances of being pregnant are very, very slim.
The earliest you can possibly detect pregnancy is 8 days after conception, although the average is more like 10-14 days. This is when implantation would occur and enough HCG produced to be detected in a HPT. To detect early, you'll need an EPT or First Response test. These are considered about 70% accurate 4 days before your period, 83% 3 days before, 93% 2 days before, etc. which is the best you can get. Your other option would be an HCG quantitive blood test ordered by a doctor - again you would need to have HCG in your system which won't be produced until about 7 days after conception.
In any case, the baby will have a blood flow around the time you can detect PG so your medicines could possibly have an effect. If you are super worried, call your doctor or if you prefer to be anonymous, ask a pharmactist.
Good luck but don't worry!
