Good question. I count myself as a libertarian but am very opposed to open borders. I believe that this country must be protected from this unlawful invasion and unfair trade. Yet I know that some libertarians have adopted a "world view" of libertarianism which I think is unrealistic and impractical.

Power to the people first, power to our country second (ethical power, that is).

it seems to me like parts of thier stance goes against libertarian philosophy. i wonder if this is a divisive issue among libertarians.
