I've had this friend for about 6 years and my mom told me to stay away from her because this girl told MY MOM all sorts of horrible things that weren't true. My mom wouldn't even tell me what she said but she knew for a fact she was lying. This is the second time in a year that a close "friend" has talked smack about me and then acted all lovey dovey to my face. I don't get it. I'm so nice to everyone and I'm such a good friend but girls in general suck! Have any of you other ladies gone through close female friends stabbing you in your back?

Something I forgot to add. The worst part is, none of my friends liked her so I asked them to be nice to her because I thought I saw something good in her.

I know what your talking about and I so wish I had the answer. Its not only happened to me but also my daughter, this breaks my heart, it makes me want to give her so called friends a piece of my mind (I try to stay out of it). My daughter gets so hurt by this because she is kind to all and cannot understand why people are mean to her. I don't understand either, maybe its jealousy, that's all I can think of, unfortunately I don't know what the answer is, my daughter has tried many different approaches but it still goes on. Maybe its a bulling/power thing????

I hate female friends most of mine are guys,It must be genetics because if you get a tom boy girl for a friend the are not like that.

its not jsut gurls some "so called men" are biotches also...I had family freinds i knew fo a long times and they would act all nice to me and my fam but as soo as they see a new person they would wana show themselves as supperior then me so they would make up **** and say it...what i did was leave 'em and not give a ish about 'em...and now when they need me i'm ignorant as fak...i bet in there eyes i'm probably acting like a biotch also...

girls are jealous vicious creatures looking out for them and there's, men are the same but not to women cause they want u for them and theirs try a lesbian friend... :) Maybe you guys can lick one another
