Ok so I just some items on a forum and the guy who wanted to buy it said he would prefer paypal... So I was like alrite sure so I go and create a paypal account and I guess that's it. He sends me the money ($20). So earlier today I tried to buy some stuff online and decided to pay with the money from my paypal... so everything goes fine until they say I have exceeded the sending limit. Yes, i'm unverified and no I don't have a bank account or credit card (16 here). What's the sending limit? I tried to buy a shirt for $19 shipped but since i'm "unverified" i can't pay? Is there any way I can get the money out of there?

Yes, sign on to the paypal account and select the option "Withdraw" and select the option to have them send you a check in the mail.

Probably the problem with your payment was that maybe after the shipping cost the the total was more than $20.00 .. otherwise I can't see why they would have given you an issue sending $19.00. Has the $20 cleared into your account? Sometimes if the person paid you by e-check the funds may take a few days to clear..

Im surprised that you were able to get an account without a credit card or check on file. As a purchaser you do not pay a fee. But as a seller you do. So if you are collecting $20.00 it is no longer $20.00 after pay-pal collects it's fee. So you might be trying to use up more than your balance.

Only thing I can think of is just go open a savings account at a bank and have them verify you. Or better yet, contact PayPal directly and see what you need to do.

contact paypal. You should have a online account where you can check your account. It is better to check with paypal to see if there is a problem.

just because someone paid you "today" through paypay it does not necessary mean you have funds. It takes three days for the transaction to go through.
