If you are talking about the imprisoned terror suspects, they are not protected under the Geneva Conventions, read the actual text instead of what you have been force fed.

it was originally wriiten using the bible as during the period, they were god fearing. it was based on morals, but as time went on, the government and polititions through it out the window. the laws that are wriiten for the most part are to make the governments have more control over the people.
