The builders never fully finish a project. If you check your house fully you will find something is missing as they get bored towards the end. As the house is never fully finished due to the laziness of the workers it is theoretically still in the process of being built.

it is called the english language/ we are not programmed to say BUILTING, we say building. The "d" must make it complete. Just a thought at six in the bloody morning.
