Definitely the Anesthesiologist, hours are much better, seldom called out on emergencies, can take vacations without fear of losing patients. Much better pay than a GPMD, insurance much cheaper than surgeon. OBGYN insurance has skyrocketed, to the point many are choosing not to deliver.

Nowadays, insurance company rates are causing major reductions in the pay of those in the medical field. However, Anesthesiologists still make great pay, due to the high need.
As for commitment, it just depends which Field the worker is willing to be most committed to.

An Anesthesiologist, you get paid like a couple thousand dollard for like 5 min. It's a gravy job people have surgury everyday!

It really does not matter what the job is, the point is that you have to love what you are doing.If you don't you will find that you will get tired of the job and all that time put into it is wasted.
Think what you really want to do not the money, even if it sound nice.
