Environmental problems will lead to global warming, food shortage, etc, etc, etc.... We'll start fighting over whats left of the natural resources, first politically then with weapons. We have enough nuclear weapons to destroy the earth 4 times over. What do you think?

Why is it the country that emits the most greenhouse gases refuses to sign a pact that requires its fatories to reduces its gas emission?

I dont think so, but think about it..... Our weapons on earth are so powerfull that If we have a WW3 that would be the last war humans will fight with guns and modern tech..... WW4 will be fought with rocks and sticks.
