And do they ever give a small two thumbs up, or a small two thumbs down? What about a big two thumbs down? I am confused. What do they use to judge the size of the thumbs? Are my thumbs big enough?

Two big thumbs up means they are approving the movies they reviewed and are giving it their highest ratings. I never saw any small thumbs; up or down. Your thumb would probably be smaller if you are younger than them.
