Secure our borders. Keep our National Guard at home to help us in catastrophies within our country. Plan for affordable and quality health care. Preserve social security. Create more and better paying jobs for Americans. Do more research on Aids, Alzheimers, etc. Provide homes for deserted children. Provide aid for the homeless and indigent. Improve the quality and education of nursing home workers so they will perform a better job for seniors and stay with their jobs. Provide college grants to apt students who deserve a chance. Repair highways. Hire better and more law enforcers. Provide the best of medical care for our military wounded in Iraq (and Vietnam) and provide for the families that they left behind. Because terrorists bombed the WTC, the survivors of those people were given a considerable amount of money. American citizens didn't kill these people in the WTC. Yet, our soldiers die and just a small amount is given to their survivors; and American citizens did have a hand in killing our own soldiers.

First off, there would be a budget surplus as there used to be,for things we need in this country. Most poor americans cannot afford healthcare and I think that's a travesty- keep the country healthy and you have happy productive citizens. That's what I'd do with the money were it my decision to make. I think it's high time America took care of her own- they treat the veterans like crap too, and I think that's horrible.
Of course all this is wishful thinking that won't come to pass in our lifetimes.

Research cures for cancer, altzheimers & spinal cord injuries.
Research with stem cells.
We could use it for advanced technology & have robots as
cool as Japan.
We could have universal health care. With every citizen having
health care, hospitals could avoid financial problems.
If the United States would take the poverty situation as a real
problem, did something about it, the crime rate would go down.
Poverty & crime have proven to go together.
We could help Africa & avoid another conseqence like Aids.
Maybe, I've over spent, but I doubt it.

Its enough to give a deduction for security supplies to create a totally lawful and orderly society, controlled by the individuals who own homes, land and businesses.

For example, I could buy a camera and a gate for my property and still have money left over to buy a machine gun, if my government allowed us to buy new machine guns instead of just the overpriced "transferables".

We could have a secure homeland without resorting to the establishment of a police state. But it is a police state that our leaders want, so that is what they intend to get.

The Money? Nothing... it would not have been generated...

The Lives? Plenty.... and let's not forget... one nuke could have saved most of those lives... same scenario in Vietnam.... we have a castrated government with no will or inclination to win in a timely fashion.... Political correctness has stolen the balls from most of the federal politicians.... wonder what the leftists are going to do with those stolen balls...

Its a hell of a thing, to have your government neutered....

Well, there is a deficit in the country's finances. In fact it is the highest ever. The rest of the world foots the bill so far. But what if they come and say: "I want my money back"? Get your house in order.

Then after we were all rich Terrorists would invade and we would not be alive today. Some dont understand that if we were not over there in Iraq and Afghanistan, then there would be terrorists here on U.S soil blowing themselves up.
