More seriously, do you expect customers to beat a path to your door to have their houses foreclosed on? Who will you expect to be looking for your name. I don't know the foreclosure business at all, but taking a couple guesses.
1 If financial institutions will look you up to verify that you sound like a reasonable business (either to sell to you or to loan to you) I'd want a conservative, even stodgy name.
2 If foreclosures actually ARE driven by the yellow pages, then something early in the alphabet and a large ad in yellow.
3 If you expect a lot of googling on your business name, make sure part of it is kinda unique so that people can find you. "Home Foreclosures, Inc." is descriptive, but if somebody want to google to find you again then fat chance.
