BAD BAD tech support.. Try calling them one time and you will see what I am talking about. They are slow machines as well. They have the slower and cheaper hard drives in them and as you know are built for walmart sales. Mass production for walmart normally means cheap in price and when it is too cheap in price means cheap parts too..

Bad PC's and bad tech support is symtomatic of their REAL problem, the top of HP (CEO) and board seems to have been inefficient or even pathological for several years now. This is the second CEO they've had to boot. Under Carly F they buggered up their business systems and couldn't deliver to some important customers for maybe 9 months. Took a revenue hit on that. The more recent CEO was doing 'investigations' which may have been actually criminal and certainly didn't do anything to create a team atmosphere on the board.

Their computers. I have 2 of them on my dining room table that I am fixing for friends.

Their printers are great.
