I am looking for some comparisons prices to a house we bought that have been listed in the past year. I need them whithin 5 miles of where we are and to have been sold or selling within the last year. Also I need to be able to search by lot size and square footage. Thank you very much

Try www.zillow.com; it is a website that aggregates public records and creates price estimates for all houses. You can view comps sold in the area (only recent comps though) but it will break down lot size, square footage and the price per sq/ft of both. It will also compare those with other houses in the area. Although home price estimating is an art, not a science, I've found this site to be very useful.
