Roger Waters, with a little help from David Gilmour in the end. The album was awesome & will surely stand the test of time as one of the greatest musical achievements of the 20th century. Ditto for the movie; Trippy, man! I LOVED it.

Roger Waters [or Walters], I believe. He's been solo for many years after leaving Pink Floyd. Just recently started a tour, featuring the Floyd mega-hit album Dark Side of the Moon.

Roger Waters came up with the idea for "the Wall" during an "Animals" concert in which he spit on an unruly fan. He felt guilty that he had become disassociated and that he had created "a wall" in between himself and the fans. Thus was born the idea for the album.

Roger Waters in my opinion. I have friends that would disagree with me. I seen Roger Waters in concert Saturday night in New Jersey. AWESOME show.
