I need help. My nerves are going and Im about to propose to my girl. I need an ideal proposal that I can do to really sweep her off her feet. Im so in love with her and she is so amazing. i juss love her and i want this to be amazing for her amazing for me. I feel I may cry during and I really need to control that urge bu I just love her and she's da one we all talk about she's thta girl and I never wanna live without her so females who think with their hearts...speak frm it.

My husband took me out to eat, we had wine, as I was drinking my wine I noticed something sparkle at the bottom of the glass, It was a diamond ring, When I took it out, the band started to play, It was awesome!!

You want to have enough romance in there. Maybe you could take her to a place that is special to her. My husband proposed when I took him back home down to the sea that I miss so much.
I think its nice doing it in a more unexpected way, not the traditional restaurant thing, because if you both get emotional it doesn´t matter at all.
Have a bit of fun around the occasion if that is what your relationship allows. My husband nearly got pushed IN the sea that day, lol.
Anyway, that is my best advice. Oh, and no matter how modern we all think we are - definitely go down on one knee!
I imagine you could take her to do her favourite thing, or visit her favourite place and then afterwards, maybe as the sun was setting, you could just ask her.
You don´t need some grand over-the-top way to ask her. She wants you as you are, so be yourself.
The key to success is less is more. - The time and place pale into significance to those magic words asked from the one you love.

Honey, you sound so sweet! I think she will just be happy with a simple "will you marry me". If you cry, that is just icing on the cake. Do not hold back the tears! To love someone so much that you have that emotion inside you that you can not contain it speaks volumes!
Take her somewhere, doesn't have to be fancy, doesn't have to be special, because it will be special after you propose. Just tell her how much she means to you & ask her. If you want her family there, set up a surprise "party" for her & ask her in front of them.

why try to control the tears ?? let them flow !!! so what ??? and as for the asking....... aaahhhhhh to be young and in love...... *sigh*..... ok, depending on the money there are all kinds of ways...... you could do the picnic thing, more privacy, and you do not have to worry about those tears falling !! cheese, wine, grapes, fancy bread or crachers, in a beautiful setting by a lake or in a park, an evening of romance !!!! or you could do the boat thing, with picnic, on a small lake at night with the stars above you....... if she is kinda wild and crazy you could do the theme park thing, go on the faris wheel and before getting in, whisper to the controler and ask if they could stop you at the top and the pop the ? to her...... *sigh* like being near heaven and all that....... ohhhhhhhh, if you do picnic or boat, do NOT forget the special song .. take a tape player or what ever !!! use her personality to help you think of the perfect way for you to show her how much she means to you........ put your heart in it...... congrats and good luck and may God be with you always..... dont forget to invite God to the wedding !!!!!!!!!!!! Hmm...if you're afraid about not being able to find the words, then maybe you should write it down. Perhaps give her a dozen roses and write on the tag "Will you marry me?" Or, if she's into treasure hunts, you can have her follow the clues until she finds the ring. Perhaps you should write your proposal and have the people at a Chinese restaurant put it in the fortune cookie.

Whatever you do, make sure it is intimate, just between you and her. It it never nice to do it before an audience, ESPECIALLY friends and family. That is what the wedding is for. Plus, it is too much pressure on both of you. If you can, try to incorporate a shared hobby into the proposal. A couple I know are into motorcycle rides. He surprised her at one of their stops and I thought that was neat because it was uniquely "them".

do you have a special place? I had a place with one guy that was remote and we laid out on the hood of our car looking at the stars and he said he loved me for the first time. If you have something like that then that would be wonderful. I think you should do it privately if you feel you may be overcome with the emotions. Congrats and good luck

You got to have the right moment. You just can't use any old moment because it's just not right.
The 2 of you need the same day off of work/college what ever then you plan around that day off and do something very different for that day. Then when the day is done ask her then.

The deal is already done. She doesn't care about the exact words. She wants to know how you feel and that you want to spend your life together with her, treating her like royalty.
I proposed to the love of my life nearly 23 years ago and we laugh about it today because I didn't practice exactly what I wanted to say and was a wreck. All that came out was gibberish, but still she said yes. We're still together and happy.

The best way to a woman's heart is by surprising her every chance you get....The engagement ring in her favorite desert......proposing loud and clear in a public place.....like the bank when its crowded....Karaoke night in front of everybody and don't forget to sing that special song....Dozens of dozens of dozens of red roses and only one odd color rose(White, pink, yellow) in the middle of all the red roses which holds that special ring that says I LOVE YOU FOREVER!!!Send all of these roses to her office or place of work, but follow that one particular rose that is going to carry that special ring....You could send a dozen every hour starting at 12:00....act like you are not sending the roses....take her out to dinner....while at dinner, make arrangements to send the special roses with the main one in the middle...make an announce to everyone in the restaurant expressing your love for her......Pull that special rose out of the bunch(which is holding the ring) Hand it to her and ask her to marry you......That would be so, so, so sweet!!!
