Israel would not prepare apartheid. each Israeli citizen has finished and equivalent rights below Israeli regulation, and there are Christian and Islamic individuals of the Knesset. As for the UN, Israel grew to become into formally a racist state from 1975-ninety one, while a Nazi conflict criminal grew to become into Sec Gen. Anti-Semitism (ie Jew-hatred) is the only form of ethnic hatred the UN would not condemn. The UN condemns Israel on a familiar foundation, yet says no longer something approximately Sudan, Rwanda, China, Lybia, Cuba, Syria, Saudi--a number of which take a seat on the UN Human Rights Committee. (How's that for irony?) Oh, and it took the UN 60 years to correctly known the Holocaust. i wouldn't in any respect use the UN as a respected source for something.

This is the same UN that couldn`t enforce inspections in Iraq . Who blocked them ? Sadam Hussein !! Palestine is not a country & has no borders , thats` the biggest reason the UN has no power enforcing anything there !!!

The UN has very little authority to enforce anything unless the stronger nations that are members are willing to support those enforcement actions.

The last time I am aware of that the UN carried out an effective enforcement action was in the Korean War, and the effectiveness of that action is questionable.

The UN has never successfully enforced anything.

Too bad the pig f'ers on 911 didn't fly those planes into the UN building.

Israel should bulldoze Gaza into the sea.

There is no such thing as an "Israel/Palestine Border"
By what historical or legal context is there such a "border"?

The only legal border in the area is the one with Jordan.

The only occupiers here are the Arabs forced to live in slums by the rest of the Arab countries.

I LOVE this question!!
Israel's kidnapped soldiers have not been returned, that was major part of cease fire resolution! (amongst others)
How is it everyone continue to turn a blind eye to the UN's complete INABILITY to do their jobs???!!!
Israel got screwed again!!! Were is the outrage?
Where are the penalties?
The UN needs an enema!!!

it's outrageous the things that Israel gets away with. They can build fences between Palestinians and their farms. They can raze Palestinians' land for their subdivisions (they call them "settlements"). they've just about pushed their limit, don't you think? Somebody's gonna start pushing back.
