How do I become better at being a wide reciever and defensiveback? what drills and what would you recommend?

One drill I've heard of is throwing a football @ a wall--due to the irregular shape of the football it will bounce back in one of many possible directions, almost randomly, so you have to be on your toes. You learn to rely on instincts. Often those players are the types that can become good receivers and/or cornerbacks, especially if you are able to react quickly and snatch tipped or bobbled passes.

You would need to practice each differently. Both positions require good speed so going to a speed camp would help for both.

As for wide receiver you should practice your routes. Simply drill each route until you are comfortable with each one. You should also devote you time to blocking. In many offenses the wide receiver will be blocking more than running routes.

Defensive backs must learn coverage rules for the defense they are in. Learn the rules for your defense's man and zone coverages. Don't forget to practice form tackling as well.
