Since 'money is not so important' (lucky you !), I strongly recommend that you choose the PC technician's job : As you are interested in it, you will subconsciously immerse yourself fully into the work - and pick-up more than a part-timer's share of experiences while you are at it.
With those experiences for your 'capital', you might even be able to go into business for yourself - and then provide part-time jobs to others who will then be in your present situation.
Best of luck.

Do the job that you are interested in. Yes, the money is appealing, but you'll hate the work and you won't get anything out of it. By taking the low paying job that interest you, you gain insight on something that, well, interests you. You'll have fun, want to go to work, co-workers will enjoy working with you, and it may lead to other promising opportunities in that field of work.

I myself would opt for the job that pays more and worry about my interests later. Given this situation I would do both. Why not? Surely your financial security and future takes priority over a trivial social life?

Mine does.

You should think of who you have to support. If its just you then you should do what you like to do. If you're supporting other people then you should consider their needs and and go for the job with the better pay.

Job is for money: you are trading your time with money.
Carrier is for experience and for your own future. Remember knowledge is power. No one can take away your knowledge.
