I know theres a program called PSEO (Post-Secondary Educational Oppurtunity) which allows high school students whom are in good standing and are at least a junior to enroll in college classes for credit.

I think it depends on when you graduate high school, but could you skip part of high school and go straight to college? I knew someone who started at 16, but I'm sure there are people who started younger.
Good question.
