Also this software company says if you return it they'll send you ten dollars. Is it wrong to just do it for the ten dollars? What do you think?

cheapass... not really, places that offer "free if your not 100% satisfied" deals know that a very small part of the population will try to do this, but they know that overall its pretty effective to have people come in and try their product and pay, so it nets out for them.... Be prepared to answer why you werent 100% satisfied though
So no, its not wrong, just really cheap

If you want to be known as a lier and a cheat you can do those things. If you lie and cheat about little things like this the Universe, or Karma will cause problems for you.

Software thing I would do. The sub shop if the food is actually good, and you complain & get your money back. That would s*ck because now you can't go there anymore because you said there food wasn't good.

they are probably expecting liars, another scenario is wen ur at six flags and u lie about ur age to get a cheaper price, yes u know wat im talking about. Yea it is wrong, but who hasnt done that before? About the first scenario, its kinda hard to be satisfied 100%, I mean nothings perfect
