Only the very rich and hollywood celebrities that make so much money that taxes don't bother them.
People on entitlements think the world owes them and they make every excuse not to get a job so they want the working to be taxed heavily. Also, Unions think the democratic party is on their side but they are in bed with the Chinese who take American jobs. Clinton signed NAFTA but the union workers still love him.
We live in a free market economy and those who choose not to better themselves will vote democratic.

Serious? What's money got to do with being a liberal or not- I guess it only matters if you're a rich republican? There are plenteous liberals with the dough I would think. And thank God for a few that don't follow party lines blindly like cows going to the slaughter house, but think independently as to what is best for the whole country and not what is best for the wealthy republicans and the elite few. What ever happened to by the people and for the people?

that is an unsubstantiated premise..
both of my parents are liberal democrats, african americans and make WELL over 100k. I, a law student, stand to do the same.
I know doctors, lawyers, judges, entrepreneurs, executives that are all liberal and incredibly well off.

There are many rich liberals. I am not one of them but the reason they are is because Democrats are the group that helps the people who are in need and the average americans. They bring their standard of living up. Oh and just to let you know I know 5 or 6 myself who make 100+ and are.

Warren Buffet is a liberal and he is frikken rich as all get out. Most of the rich in this country are liberal. Just because you don't know many of them doesn't mean much.
Being liberal has much more to do with business than it does with politics, for instance, liberal business practices caused a few of the biggest bankruptcies in history and they were perpetrated by huge supporters of conservative politicians. They are still liberal, just like that wolf who wore sheeps clothing.

most of the people, conservatives and liberals alike, that come to Yahoo! Answers, probably don't make more that 100k a year. because most are teens or in college.

I'm sort of a liberal. (I consider myself a "liberaltarian". I'm both liberal and libertarian.)
But I make bagels for a living and I work 40+ hours a week, and I make below $20,000 a year.
Then again, I'm only 19, and I never set my sights on college.
Oh well.
