You can try using StubHub. People can buy and sell tickets through that site. Sometimes people have tickets for a game, but they're unable to go, so they can sell them through StubHub. (By the way, they also have concert and theater tickets, if you're interested.)

Right outside the stadium 5 minutes before the game starts.. There are always tickets and usually the price is right... It never fails, attended a super bowl game for 10 bucks doing that.
