If you are using windows and Internet explorer there are several ways to do this...one is to click tools found in the top left area of the Internet explorer page and click Internet options the 2nd and 3rd columns show temporary Internet files you want to click delete cookies and delete files... you may have to wait in-between depending on how long it has been since they have been cleaned up...also check boxes to delete offline content when it pops up to confirm deleting the content...on the 3rd column is the history which has a button that says "Clear History" click it and if you would like it to automatically clear all the time just select 0 in the number of days located just to the left of that button and click apply at the bottom right of that screen then...click ok...hope this is what you needed.
