This is not normal hon, though there have been cases of continual morning sickness and spotting, it is not the norm, particularly at the three month mark.
Not to scare you or anything, but I would have this checked ASAP. Call your advice nurse right now. If you are having cramping in your lower back and or lower abdomen then just go into ER. k?

I am 5 months pregnant and I still throw up, some women due throughout there whole pregnancy. Ask your Doc for nausea medicine. Trust me It works.
The bleeding I'm concerned about. Ive had cramping but no bleeding. i read in my book that a little blood is normal but if your filling a whole pad in like an hour you should call your Doc if you cant get a hold of him You should go to the ER. Its better to be safe sweetie. Best Wishes.

The throwing up is, unfortunately, normal for some women during pregnancy. If it's bothering you too much, ask your doctor if there's anything you can do to help ease the morning sickness.
The bleeding. I would call the doctor immediately and tell him/her what's going on. Yes, some women spot during pregnancy. But it's not a symptom that I would ignore. Get in touch with your doctor as soon as possible and tell him about the bleeding. Be very honest about it! If your doctor is going to be able to help you, he needs to know exactly what's going on.
Good luck.

Yes is normal throughout ur pregnancy u might go through stages that you might throw up more or less on certain months, and bleeding is normal. Well depending on how much and how long you are bleeding for. You at times bleed because blood vessels in the vagina pop and u begin to bleed, this is normal. HOWEver, if you bleed a lot and for a long time, you should contact ur ob/ gyn doctor.
You should call regardless if ur bleeding because you never know.
