None unless there is hemmoraging.
A lot of these pseudo-science myths about loosing brain cells every time you move are really silly and unsubstantiated. Some are based (incorrectly) upon early work by a French neuroanatomist who weighed brains of persons of different ages -- it was found that old folks have lighter brains than young folks, and using a mean mass of a neuron, the scientist estimated the number of brain cells and suggested that the number of neurons decreased over your lifespan. However the calculation was flawed; neurons decreased in size (and mass) as you age. If he did a nuclear stain and counted cells, he would have discovered this.
While certainly you may loose some brain cells if you get exposed to certain environmental factors, the numbers suggested in pop literature are laughable.
So don't worry.. play on! (let pain be your guide!)
