She is not saying anything that makes sense. Just a string of nonsensical phrases to make people think she is actually saying something interesting. Actually the lyrics just do not make much sense other than there is references to dancing, drinking, and sex. One could get the sense she is talking about oral sex with girls and guys, but she does not really say that. She just throws out some suggestive words. The lyrics are really not that cool, although the song is attractive. The lyrics are not that clever. They are not well written. Don't try to understand them. It is a waste of time. No talent involved in the words.
