Not one single republican has stated that they favor keeping the internet neutral same for everyone as it is. People you will lose your current influence for 2 more years if this issue is not put up front.

No one can prove what is kept silent but group silence can show an intention is likely

What is Internet neutrality? The United States created the Internet and ensures free access to everyone. The US is not the problem. US commercial policy is to give citizens of other nations open access to our system. As a life long Republican I would not put Internet neutrality, whatever it is, in my top 25 political issues to stress in election campaigns.

In 1941 most Republicans favored neutrality for the United States. Most didn't want us involved in the European war and most Americans knew little about the issues in Asia which led to the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor.

The view was shared by many Democrats as well. It was probably best that the U.S. became involved in World War II, simply because the world would have been far more dangerous had the Axis won--a real possibility without U.S. involvement. That was a view few held before Pearl Harbor, though.

Fortunately, Roosevelt did see the danger, and fortunately the Japanese forced our hand.
