Hell no! If anything it could help since you would supposedly be more relaxed.
I've heard the theory that having sex before any sporting event adversely affects your performance.
I don't know if that is physiologically true....I suppose since sex makes men sleepy, it wouldn't be good to partake in the locker room, but I think you'd recover if it was the night before!
My theory is that they're talking more about the psychological effect. They probably prefer you to be stressed and cranky, thinking that those emotions will fuel your adrenaline.

simply no. Unless you haven't studied the material for the test and haven't gotten your 7 to 8 hrs for good sleep before getting up and having a decent breakfast and don't let your mind wander off to the last nights activities instead of keeping it on the test material. other wise have fun.

Well men wasn't have sex before going to war in the field because they believe it will make them weak in a way they do get a little weak

Sex and grades don't mix. Some results can inhibit COURSES of any kind!!!!!! It's difficult to work, support a family, and go to school at the same time.
