Well, consider this. Bill has the highest rated cable news show. He beats the combined ratings of CNN, CNBC, and MSNBC at 8pm eastern. Not only this, but he beats Keith Obermann's 8pm ratings at his 4 am slot.
I guess you disagree with a lot of Americans. Looks like you need to learn how to relate better to the average American.
