So i'm kinda new to drinking and I drank way more than I have before and it's been about 4 days and I still feel nauseated. Not throwing up trashed sick...just wow my stomach feels odd a times kinda thing. Anyone know what the problem is? I don't like going to the doctor if I can take care of it myself. Suggestions?

Thanks everyone for the advice...yeah i'm not going to the bars anytime soon...I guess everyone has their "moment of glory" when they first start drinking..but yeah i'm done with that for a little bit. I'm feeling better today still a little sick but i'm drinking lots of water and eating fruit and staying away from anything that starts with A and ends with lchohol..for now. Thanks again!

Take some alka seltzer and rest.
Be careful when drinking, things happen, take care.

drinking to much alcohol can cause your body to become dehydrated, as well as the added fluid you lose if you become nauseaus. Make sure you rehydrate yourself, and some form of sports drink with an electrolyte additive might not be a bad idea. The funny feeling you have in the stomach might be from muscle strain due to the nausea you had the first few days. your abdominal muscles might have been overworked , especially if you had dry heaves. Make sure you learn your lesson from this experience, and remember that MODERATION is the key in the future.
Besides, its often better to be the one who remains sober so you can remind everyone ELSE what an *** they made of themselves

What you have is alcoholic poisoning, its that level of drinking that does instant, real and permanent damage to your liver. lower levels of alcohol consumption (above about a glass of wine a day) will also cause damage.

your body is in quite a mess right now, dehydration, lack of vitamins and minerals, the problem is that your stomach will reject vitamins due to dehydration and reject water due to vitamin deficiency.

the good news is that you should be getting better tomorrow, 4 days is a bad one, water, fruit juice, resolve (thats what its called in UK, a hangover cure) will help

Time is the world's best remedy for a hangover. Other than that, try eating bread and starchy items. Oh yes, and remember, it's ok to test your limits, but make sure you know where to draw the line because next time something worse may happen.

I've never, ever had a four day hangover and I used to really whoop it up. I really think it's time to see a doctor.

If your embarrassed to see your family doctor just go to a "doc-in-a-box". You may have actually crossed that thin line towards alcohol poisoning.

Alcohol is poison and it also causes you to pee more than you take in, like caffienated beverages. Your body is trying to clean itself and you may be dehydrated. Drink more water...maybe you'll feel better.

If the liquor that you were drinking was a harsh one, you may have given yourself an ulcer. Eat bland foods for a week or so, and you should feel better.
