How do I make a 1M conc. of HCL in 1L?

u need 1 mole of HCl...or ~37 grams of HCl.
(to add to the 1 Liter of fluid)

Not enough information, but it sounds like a C1V1=C2V2 kind a problem to me. You need three pieces of information to come up with the fourth.
