Yeah, they're pretty good. How Can Hell Be Any Worse? And No Control still get played pretty often round here.

Yes. Best. Band. Ever.
The lyrics are intelligent, and the musicianship is strong; You can actually make out what Greg's singing, and I love the way the backing vocals don't just repeat a line or two, they're a major part of the song.
Also, they're very important in the punk world; Brett Gurewitz, (guitar) founded the Epitaph label to distribute their music, one of the biggest labels in punk, and very influential. Dropkick Murphys, Rancid, Pennywise, NoFX, and many others got their first contract with Epitaph, if these bands had waited for a major label to give them a contract, they'd most likely have sold out long ago, and the world would be a darker place.

Not too shabby, but I think they were just unable to carve a sufficient niche for themselves in the record world, despite their fan popularity
