when ever I decide it is my bed time...I'm 47 years old...I'll go to bed when I am ready...
This is a good question though for the school kids

When I can't get up the next day to take care of my grand kids and get myself to school then I'd say I was up past my bed time the night before.

I don't have a bed time but if I did, I would be late (10:40 pm here)

when it gets to be less than 4 hours before my work time i know im up past my bed time.

I don't have a curfew to go to bed because my mother says I can go to sleep as late as I want I just have to wake up for school
