the wedding is in chicago, end of september. the ceremony is in the afternoon at a church but the reception isnt until 4 hours later at a country club. Do I need to change in between!?!

Don't wear white. And if you find yourself in an uncomfortable outfit (Brides' maid dresses in particular) change before the reception, if you're in the entourage change after all the speeches and cake slicing and picture snapping is done.

the best they wear out here where I live are umpire dresses in very flattering styles and I would do myself a favor just bring along a new outfit anyway it is not that you have to or should you change it is to make you feel more comfortable as the day wears on.

i wood say brown it goes wit the month i think and i dont think u need 2 change unless u get dirty in between
