You never forget your first true love. I was in high school when I met my first true love. Our relationship lasted for one year, then we graduated and went off to different colleges. Our lives were changed forever, and in different directions. I later married and had children, but I still remember my first love. That was over 30 years ago.

I still haven't got over my first and only real love. It will be 3 yrs on Oct 21st.
I still carry a picture of her in my wallet and i would have her back tomorrow if i could. I didn't realise how much i loved her until it was to late. But it was my own fault for messing her about

It has been 30 years and I think I am still in love with her, at least I still love the memory of what I think we had together. The problem is it sort of attains a mythical status after 20 years or so.

hummm.... not really over him, and it's been 17 years now. The good news is, I am married, and deeply in love with my husband for 9 years, so I guess maybe there is a part of us that just kinda holds onto the first one.

Truely get over it? Or to the point of moving on.
To move on? Couple of months. Getting over it, knowing I was done with it...Less than a year. I would compair other guys to him. Little did I know 5 years later I would meet the man I would marry and spend the rest of my life with.

My first love was one and a half years. My second love was shorter asnd the third even shorter. But the fourth was 3 years. at least

You never really do. You will always love your first love, but that doesn't mean u need that person back, it's a different kind of love. I still love my first

it's been 20 years and i'm not 100% over him ... but I've learned that I could live without him and be my own person, I think about him from time to time but just the happy memories
