Sounds, like you're a little obsessive. But, why? I'm not exactly sure? Are you trying 'to' get pregnant, or 'not'??? Having sexual intercourse, vaginally, without 'adequate' protection, is risky, as far as the pregnancy factor, not to mention the STD factor, as well! Ejacuation, or not...sperm is not all you have to be concerned about.

But, in answer to your question. The 'chances' to you being pregnant, would be extremely---low, if indeed, everything, you stated is correct.
The chances of you contracting a STD would be higher!

Chances would lean against pregnancy because you took the morning after pill...NOT because of your misunderstanding about sperm location or ability to receive sperm without ejaculation! The sperm is there when the penis is erect...there are a lot of babies in this world because people thought THAT didn't happen!

the chance of you not being pregnant is 99%.. You took the morning after pill, so there is no chance...

Why dont you just get on BC?

most likely you are not pregnant...but you should definitely get on some sort of birth control....and please don't make morning after pills a habit...
