i live near LA and i feel that if they are capable of speaking "(asking me for money ) then they are capable of working! They are lazy and some of them make more money than some people do working!
when i give them money or offer to buy them food they get all mad when i dont buy them something to drink! anyone know of anything smart to say to them to make them shutup and leave, (nothing that would make them violent plz) share please

if a beggar ask you for money, do this....before he has the time to ask you for money....YOU ask him for money....man you gotta see there face.. lol...I done that, and you'no what...he actually gave ME money...I love this story so much,, I tell everybody..

Tell them you gave to the guy down the street. One time I had a sandwich in a sack . The woman ask for money to get food so I gave her the sandwich.

Don't say anything. I think a lot of them actually work hard to beg. They come up with creative signs, costumes and so forth. They could be great in advertizing or theater.

You actually talk to them? Keep your eyes forward, don't make eye contact with them (shows weakness that they think they can exploit), and keep walking. You have spent too much time on the West Coast. Those of us who have done duty in NYC and throughout the East are immune to them.

Get that desperate look in YOUR face when they approach you and when they ask say "oh man I was just gonna ask you,come on ,I know you gotta have some change, help me out man!
They usually turn right around, cause they do have change, and don't wanna give you any.

make up some outrageous story about how you can't afford to give them money because you have like 5 kids at home to feed, and your husband ran off with some underage hooker...just blow their minds!! lol have fun with it...
