With the locked reinforced steel cockpit doors on airliners nowadays, who would land the plane if both pilots became incapacitated?

Good Question. There needs to be a failsafe mechanism. Of course there would also be a problem if both pilots became incapacitated even in no secure door system. Perhaps some professionals can help us with this tonight. The movies about John Q. Passenger landing the plane are not too realistic are they ? (unless he is a backhauling airline pilot or general aviation pilot - or even a military Air Force type veteran.
