Well, first thing I have to ask, do you mean "How do I get under my manufactured home?"... or do you mean "How do I enter the interior of the home, from underneath it?"

If the first... then you need to supply more information...
Do you have perimeter blocks? Vinyl Skirting? Wood? What?

If the second.... as another person has responded, manufacturers do not usually put entrances into the home, from underneath, unless of course, the home is sitting on a basement. ALL of the manufacturers will accomodate you with a stair well to a basement if you want one. I am also aware of one dealership in southwest Missouri, that will make an interior entrance to a tornado shelter provided under the home.

Extra box framing has to be added if you are going to place an entrance in the home, to underneath it. Keep that, and the location of the steel frame, and water lines, in mind, if you are contemplating adding such an entrance. (most of the time, the electrical is run around the perimeter walls)

Provide some more information, and we might actually be able to help.

I have worked in mobile home repair as a pro for the last 18 years. There are hundreds of floor repairs in all those years. I have never seen a factory installed access built into a floor. I have seen a few DIY access holes, and they all had suspect intentions. In my state, code requires two access doors and they are located on the perimeter of the skirting or in a pit type hole if the home is "dug in" to ground level (which is a bad idea by the way)

There should be a crawl space if it is on a foundation. If it isn't, you should be able to move some of the skirting to get underneath. Is it on a foundation, or cinder blocks?
