I'm not an avid fan (like I was of Michael during the Jackson 5 days) but I like her. I mean I always said If you're a guy entertainer, you wanna sing like Luther and dance like Michael. If you're a girl entertainer, you wanna sing like Whitney and dance like Janet. She is all around a good entertainer and, from what I've seen, a down to earth person. I'll admit, some of her later albums lyrical content have scared me.

By the way, I wish people would leave her alone about the superbowl. It's just a boob. We've seen worse on T.V, right? After all, Justin pulled it and didn't get half the bad press she did.

I like her... Find her very sweet when she's shy... It shows that she's just like you & me, us. Meaning she's an individual soul/ human being who sometimes feel uncomfortable­ like us. She's not affraid to shows her true feelings... And does not pretend to be someone else.
Love her for that...
And her dancing is beyond words...
For the ones who claimed she try to keep up with the youngsters... HELL NO!!! The youngster are trying to be like her... Well not exactly like her... But Janet Jackson is their role model and most young artists of today grew up with her music... So they try to be just as famous... No just as IMPRESSIVE as Miss Jackson...

Now at age 40 she's coming with a new album 20 Y.O.

Ms. Jackson? I LOVE HER!!! Got all her albums, and the cassette tape of control. Her and Michael were on heavy rotation in my house, mostly by me although my mom and grand-mom were fans of both.

I wish her and her brother lost of happiness. I'm praying for both because of their recent bad press. by the way, people who are haters of both Jackson's, Michael's innocent (Don't you forget it. so leave him alone and accept it) and leave Janet and her boob alone. Hope her new album does good. Long live the Jackson family. Go Janet!!! I'll call you Ms. Jackson because I'm nasty.

she's a performer and sometimes a songwriter. she definitely is not a singer because her voice is always overpowered by the studio production of her songs. but the whole package, including her last name, makes her a marketable product.

personally, i love her music and her trademark dance moves. but she ain't no diva. i believe her best work was her 1993 album, janet.

I miss her old music, it was positively amazing. But all that plastic surgery makes me miss the old her a lot. And I think she should stop trying so hard to try to be hip and young. Age ain't nothin but a number, and she needs to discover this within herself.

Gorgeous, talented, probably the sanest of the Jackson clan. The Super Bowl booby thing was blown COMPLETELY out of proportion. We live in a country where Britney and Madonna make out, and where there's Girls Gone Wild. Give me a break! LOL, sorry. But yea she's cool by me. :-)
