Well, Susan... I turn up the music... usually something that translates real well to showers... something trippy and moody... Pink Floyd, Flaming Lips, Moby... then I turn the lights down a bit.. get the shower nice and hot... I step in... always shampoo first... hair upstairs and down.. then I soap myself up silly.... when i'm all clean.. I just sit there for a while, letting the hot water massage my back...while the tunes transport me to another place...
Thats what I do in the shower....

sometimes i listen to music, other times i think about the day. i always wash my hair 1st too, then i wash my body, (the private area, feet & pits last) rinse & allow myself a few minutes standing under the h2o doing nothing. the temp of the h2o varies depending on my mood.

Just now I was washing some clothes in there. I don't have a washer and dryer and I loathe laundromats, so all my garments are hand-washed. I know it's strange, but it's good exercise and I like it.

take a bath with nice shower gel..clean my body up to down..then wash my hair..brush my teeth..hmm and lastly pinch my pimple..oops
