I have a Audi 200 1991 Im getting a warning light that is a circle with three lines on each side of it ( To be more specific the three lines on each side follow the shape of a circle slightly larger then the complete inner circle) does any one have any ideal what this warning light indicates. and or possible solutions to the problem

This symbol is a universal automotive BRAKE WARNING icon.
It could mean that you have a major brake issue (failing hydraulics, pads or shoes at the danger level) or that the brake fluid is low. On some cars the parking brake is incorporated into this warning system as well, and the brake is not completely released.
If you check your brake fluid and it is better than 3/4 full, it is time to check the brakes.
If you are unsure, then have a complete brake inspection SOON.
