EDUCATE & INFORM yourself. Don't be so dependent as to say "I don't know what I'll do if I can't find another man...." Remember..."A woman without a man is like a fish without a bicycle!". Woman-up honey & try to be much stronger than you sound.

Ar, really feel for you honey. You know, if someone loves you they accept you for the person you are. It's understandable you've lost your self-esteem and it sounds like you've also lost yourself along the way. Don't put yourself down by saying you're not perfect as a woman. No-one is perfect. We must learn to live with ourselves and accept ourselves. Try not to get too stressed about the situation and in the interim concentrate on all your wonderful qualities. When you meet the right person and your relationship develops into something special you'll feel able to discuss things openly and honestly, and he'll understand because he loves you and cares for you

You need to get outa dodge quick, never mind "thinking about it",BIN HIM ASAP.How can you possibly bring a child into this world with a complete spanner like him for a father?Get the heck out of there, get some healing and recovery going on,then try to get back on track with your life. You do not need this type of guy in your life. You say you are not perfect as a woman..got news for ya hun,we are not perfect as a human race either,so its not something you should be sweating about-and YES..if the circumstances were right, and everything fell into place,i WOULD marry a woman who could not have children.

What makes you think there's something wrong with YOU? You were with this guy for 6 years, maybe HE is the infertile one!!!! Your question reminds me of something that happened in my family. One of my aunts was married to this one guy for like 6 to 8 years (I don't remember him since I was young, but my other aunts told me about him). Anyhoot, so Sheri was desperate to have a baby and she was getting older. Her husband was a real jerk and she thought that she couldn't have kids since it just never happened. Well, she finally divorced this guy and then she hooked up with my uncle Joe. After she and Joe started trying to have a baby, she got pregnant immediately and had my cousin, Miranda. The 2nd time around, she had twins (then she got her tubes tied after 3 kids.... she had all of her kids around ages 28-31). Anyhoot, eventually, her ex-husband remarried and his new wife also wanted to have children, so this time HE had a fertility test and it turned out that HE was the infertile one. He had a low sperm count & mobility.

So, stop blaming yourself and have his fertility checked. If his count is fine, then you can probably get "fixed" without a problem... like Clomid or one of those things. If you need people to talk to, try the girls at the twoweekwait.com boards.

Good luck!

Hey lady, get out of there. if this guy is an abuser, and you've been together for 6 years, he's not about to change.
Yes, move away, change your job, and lifestyle, and clean up your act. Get some counseling. begin to feel some sense of self worth.
You're not 'ruined", and lots of guys want a woman only, with no kids, to start over with.

Never stay with an abusive partner.
Having no partner is a better alternative.

And, there are plenty of guys that would date you in a second if they knew you could not have kids, and if you happen to talk about marriage with one there's always adoption.

Quit stressing, you'll be better off after you leave him and find someone who will treat you with the respect you deserve.

Dn't worry about not getting pregnant, it happens ... it may be your boyfriend who has the fertility problem not you, so get him checked out.

If I were you, I'd probably want to seriously consider having kids with him anyway - if he hits you, what's he going to be like with screaming, crying, sh**ty-ar**d kids? Get out of the relationship and find someone else!

Maybe you're not perfect - who is? - but you don't deserve a lifetime of hassle from a jerk! Find someone else ... there's guys around who don't want kids to spoil a relationship so I guess you'll be OK with finding someone new.

Go for it ... good luck!

Get away from the jerk. Thats what he is if he beats women. Dont even think about having kids with someone like that. Its not a suitable relationship in which to bring children into.

In a heartbeat. Some guys are looking for that. Don't fret it. There is always the option of adoption. Things to think about.
