He was tortured, held in a coffin sized chamber for 10 months. It's all very disgusting, he was visiting the US and they "captured" him, asked him questions, and I'm guessing he didn't give them the authorities the right answers so they sent him to Syria, where they could torture him and not be under American law... What in the hell is our government coming to!? Is BUSH so blind that he thinks that he can do NO WRONG, he's an arrogant jackass, that is ruining people's lives. American's, innocent Muslim's, the countries he's in to establish "democracy". How can he enforce democracy in another country when our own democratic ways are being distorted and dwindling. When does Mr. George W. Bush get held ACCOUNTABLE for his ignorant actions!?

You people who talk about the Muslims with such hate are no better than Al Quieda themselves. You are the extremist, you can NOT see when something is being done WRONG.

To all of you that think I'm some horrible traitor that should be dead along with ALL Muslims. I'm not a traitor; I just don't think that we are standing up for what our country was originally for. I'm NOT defending TERRORISM, I'm not defending Al Quieda, and I’m not defending Osama or anyone else that kills innocent people. But you all have no right to talk with so much hate about people and religion that you know nothing of. I agree something needs to be done about terrorism, I agree that our precious American men and women are over there fighting for us, but they were lead by the blind. We were lied to to get our troops over there and we are being lied to now to keep you happy and to feel justified for having our soldiers killed. I DO NOT SUPPORT BUSH, OR THE GOP that holds congress. You spit venomous hate out of your mouths that could kill us all. You are letting your fear of the past attacks and anxieties of future ones get the better part of your delusional judgment

I personally like loud fast and luftwaffes answers. I don't see why so many Americans are defending these Muslims more than they defend their country. You are a traitor if you do. Do you not understand that the man who ran over 14 people with his SUV last month in San Fransisco was a Muslim. He himself called it an act of terror. The filthy rats who conducted 9/11 have a hate for this country that you could never understand. All the Arab countrie that cheered in the streets after the towers fell would slice all of our throats if they had the chance. And here in the States we have dirty liberals defending these scumbag Muslims. All this time we have our soldier boys in Iraq, Afganistan and other countries fighting for our freedoms. Fighting so that people like you can call our president a jackass. YOU ARE A TRAITOR WORTHY OF THE GALLOWS! We need to understand that we are all human and all make mistakes, but you need to at the very least respect your president and the troops(of which I am not saying that you didn't). Have a nice life, traitor.

Youre not alone. And thank you for spreading the word about this kind of thing.
But in all honesty, I dont think Bush will ever be held accountable for his numerous crimes. Who do you call when the policeman youre supposed to trust starts beating you? Thats exactly the situation were in right now. There is no-one above Bush to hold him accountable. Congress is a joke, the UN even more so, and even if they werent total jokes, theyre in Bushs pocket anyway.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Yeah, we're soooo bad....;-( I don't suppose the lies that came From the Canadian Mounties had anything to do with it....
"TORONTO - Canadian intelligence officials passed false warnings and bad information to American agents about a Muslim Canadian citizen, after which U.S. authorities secretly whisked him to Syria, where he was tortured, a judicial report found Monday."..........................."The inquiry, which focused on the Canadian intelligence services, found that agents under pressure to find terrorists after the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, falsely labeled an Ottawa computer consultant, Maher Arar, as a dangerous radical. They asked U.S. authorities to put him and his wife, a university economist, on the al-Qaida "watch list," without justification, the report said."
I suppose everything is ALWAYS the mistake of the US....Just send more money, right?
And then, I can hardly believe the US has such ties to one of those "evil empires" that we give them our terrorists to torture.
Hey, but whatever y'all will believe.....!

Yes! It was totally unjustified! Canadian authorities had a large part to play in this as well! Canada may have been under pressure and over-reacted, but that doesn't make it right!

I do not know how those idiotic Canadian and American Police could mistake a muslim for a terrorist killer. It would be such a rarity.
Maybe some of the members of the religion of peace could refute this by condemning terrorism.
As for the mistake, in case you have not noticed this is war and war is not clean. You will not be happy until there is another terrorist attack on the US, you would love that, you could blame Bush and feed your irrational hatred even more.

Jeez. What do you want from the stupid man? If he were intelligent it would be one thing for you to say all of these things, but he can't be any more intelligent than a monkey. Would you be saying all of these things about someone's pet monkey?

It's beyond horrible. As I've said so many times before, we are slowly becoming what we are supposedly fighting against.
When people believe absurdities, they commit atrocities...
